Over time, we’ll bring you more and more items, but our debut piece is a classic, handcrafted bench.  This simple, but classic bench is a backless plank bench, that is variously described as rustic, country, cottage style, Shaker, and southwestern.  This bench comfortably fits all of these descriptions.

We are offering the bench in a medium (48” seat length) and large (64” seat length) size.  Made for indoors, these benches can find a place in every household in an entryway, at the end of a bed, kitchen, mudroom, walk-in closet or under a window.  (By the way, we think the medium size is perfect for a walk-in closet or at the end of a child’s bed.)

Made of solid pine, these benches come fully assembled.  Our standard finish is a dark walnut stain that compliments most settings.  The benches are then sealed with a clear coat finish for protection. We also offer the following painted finishes:

• Classic Red
• Black (not shown)
• Butter Yellow
• Sage Green
• Light Gray (not shown)

The painted finishes come in plain or distressed styles.  They are hand finished and specifically made to look a little “rough around the edges.”  We like that that since pine is a “soft” wood that will beautifully wear with use.  We also like the way that the pine wood ages to suit your lifestyle.  We hope you will too.
